This type of error coming when we have deleted the existing user login from the system
and new one has been created or password has been changed.
Solution: Go to control panel>Administrative Tools> services
Then in the services list, we have two sql server agent service named
1.sqlserver(SQLEXPRESS)
2.sql Server Browser
Right click and go the property and the logon tab and then update the
user name and password of the administrative account
